Novel G50LDD type anti-syphoner liquid down comer proprietarily assembled with manifolds, switches, flanges, pads, bolts and nuts, has been engineering-calculated and designed through Novel Accurate Calculation & Design Platform on Dynamic Separation Technologies in order to upgrade the conventional structure of double-tubes plus drums under swing operation conditions. When the mixed flows with phases of gas/liquid/solid reach the Novel G50LDD type anti-syphoner liquid down comer, it should switch and discharge the heavy phase flow outside and at same time prevent the outside heavy phase flow against penetrating inside as per the switch value given by Bernoulli Flow Theory to achieve the resistance of syphonage frequently occurring in the conventional poly-tubes plus drums under swing operation conditions.
